Job summary

NiCE Ltd. seeks an AI Transformation Strategist to bridge enterprise strategy and hands-on AI delivery at VP/Director level, working with CX, Operations, Technology and Digital leaders to set priorities and drive execution.

You will move between strategic advisory and agent development, designing AI-first transformations, building business cases, and delivering complex agent programs across cloud, automation, and conversational AI.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in management consulting, transformation strategy, or enterprise tech advisory.
• Experience scoping, building, and shipping AI/conversational AI products.
• Shaping AI or digital transformation programs at senior program level.
• Strong technical fluency with engineers and PMs on product architecture and design.

Responsibilities

• Engage VP/Director level across CX, Operations, Technology to define priorities and drive execution.
• Define AI transformation roadmaps linking automation to measurable outcomes.
• Lead change enablement and executive-level workshops and materials.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to scope, design, and ship AI agents at scale.
