Job summary

Citi is seeking a GenAI Tech Senior Lead - SVP to architect and deliver enterprise-grade GenAI and agentic AI solutions. You will lead delivery, mentor teams, and ensure secure, scalable deployments across our controls platform. The role combines deep AI expertise with enterprise execution in a hybrid setup.

Based in Tampa, FL with collaboration across Irving, TX, you will own strategies, governance, and best practices for successful, on-time AI deliveries in a complex financial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, AI, or related field
• 10+ years of overall experience
• 6+ years in AI/ML with at least 3 years in Generative AI
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services and related AI infra
• Strong portfolio delivering production AI solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI delivery roadmap from ideation to deployment and post-launch support
• Build and mentor a high-performing AI engineering team
• Oversee end-to-end design, development, and deployment of GenAI/agentic apps
• Drive agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration with standards for agent harnesses
• Partner with Data Mesh, Cloud, MLOps/LLMOps, and business units for integration
• Promote best practices in CI/CD, LLMOps, observability, and Agile/Scrum
• Implement governance and ethical AI frameworks across delivery processes
