Job summary

Textron’s Bell division seeks a Sr. Talent Development Specialist to advance AI adoption and digital skill building across the enterprise. You will design training, learning pathways, and development opportunities while partnering with IT, HRIS, and HR partners to ensure readiness for new ways of working.

You will lead modernization of leadership curricula and development programs, drive change across teams, and measure program impact for sustained capability growth in an AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, Automation or related fields.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and consulting capabilities.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives independently.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Integrate AI literacy and digital capabilities into Bell’s enterprise learning strategy through training and pathways.
• Partner with IT, HRIS, and Talent Management to identify AI needs and support adoption.
• Modernize learning programs by including AI competencies and evolving business requirements.
• Facilitate employee and leader development focused on performance, digital fluency, and career growth.
• Support performance management and succession planning by guiding leaders with tools and resources.
• Coordinate and deliver enterprise learning programs with assessments and SME collaboration.
• Track and analyze learning program effectiveness and business impact.
