Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking an experienced AI Transformation professional to lead enterprise AI adoption within the Strategy department. The role focuses on designing AI-enabled workflows, piloting initiatives, and partnering with IT and business units to translate AI opportunities into actionable programs.

This office-based position requires at least five years in technology adoption, strong collaboration, and hands-on experience with generative AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, or related field.
• 5+ years in technology adoption and enablement with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on proficiency with generative AI tools and practical experience building prompts and plugins.
• Strong capability to translate new functionality into department-level solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with training materials experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise AI adoption across departments through pilots and adoption criteria.
• Partner with department champions to develop standalone AI use cases and tools.
• Create and maintain enablement collateral and training content.
• Equip champions with materials and adoption plans to drive sustained use.
• Gather adoption feedback and feed insights into improvements.
• Collaborate with IT on AI tool requests and data readiness.
• Support blueprinting and program management workstreams led by others.
• Support portfolio analytics and KPI tracking.
