Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking an AI Consultant to lead strategic engagements that help financial institutions move from AI interest to practical, high-value execution. You will partner with our AI team to guide board strategy, risk governance, adoption, and agent enablement. This hybrid role requires 1 day per week in Allen, TX and other locations.

You will travel up to 25% and work across Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to identify AI-driven improvements and ROI for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years in consulting, business transformation or tech advisory.
• Experience in technology and financial services.
• Experience leading customer-facing workshops and strategic advisory initiatives.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership, executives and boards.
• Experience building generative AI solutions for business partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagements helping financial institutions move from AI interest to value.
• Guide client organizations through board strategy, risk governance and adoption.
• Design and run workshops with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Evaluate feasibility, ROI and benefits of AI solutions.
• Partner with IT and business teams to implement AI-driven processes.
• Support change management and knowledge sharing around AI applications.
