Cardone Training Technologies, Inc. in Florida seeks an AI Implementation Coach to guide client teams in identifying, adopting, and embedding practical AI tools into their marketing and sales workflows.

You will coach clients through selection, rollout, and change management, with hands-on training and documentation. The role requires 2+ years applying AI in business contexts, strong knowledge of generative AI and automation tools, and a proven ability to teach non-technical teams.

Competenze

2+ years applying AI tools in a business or marketing context.
Strong working knowledge of current generative AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, Zapier/Make, AI-native CRM features).
Proven ability to teach and drive adoption of new tools with non-technical teams.

Mansioni

Assess client workflows to identify high-value opportunities for AI tool adoption (content, CRM, reporting, customer service, etc.).
Recommend, configure, and pilot AI tools appropriate to client size, budget, and technical maturity.
Coach client teams through adoption — training sessions, documentation, and troubleshooting — until tools are self-sustaining.
Stay current on the fast-moving AI tool landscape relevant to marketing and revenue operations.
Build repeatable playbooks and training materials the firm can reuse across the client portfolio.
