Qualifications

• Must have 10 years of experience building software or platform products.
• Hands-on experience running client betas, user testing, or early-adopter programs.
• Translates high-level product strategy into prioritized backlogs, clear user stories, and actionable releases.
• Pivots quickly based on real-time feedback, evolving governance standards while maintaining sprint velocity.
• Leverages user interaction data and model accuracy metrics to validate product performance.

Responsibilities

• Researches market trends and articulates findings as product requirements.
• Plays proactive role in product planning and design to differentiate the product in the marketplace.
• Develops marketing plans and activities for specific products or lines to establish placement.
• Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace.
• Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs.
• Establishes pricing strategies.
