Job summary

The Mom Project is seeking a Change Management & AI Adoption Consultant on a contract basis for a 100% hybrid role based in Chicago, IL. You will partner with leadership to design and deliver cross-functional change initiatives that drive AI literacy and adoption across Operations and Underwriting.

You will draft communications, collaborate with HR and Communications teams, and measure readiness and impact using stakeholder feedback and surveys. Insurance industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in English, Journalism, Communications, Change Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–8 years of communications and change management experience.
• Experience using M365 Copilot or other Generative AI platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements change management projects including stakeholder management, leadership alignment, organizational development, and culture.
• Creates content and disseminates business communications to employees on multiple platforms.
• Designs and delivers cross-functional change management solutions to drive AI literacy adoption across Operations and Underwriting teams.
