Job summary

Renaissance Life & Health Insurance Company of America, based in Indianapolis, seeks an experienced Change Manager to drive adoption of strategic initiatives, transformations, and AI-enabled improvements across the organization. You will work with the PMO, executives, and Learning & Development to craft change strategies, communications, training, and adoption plans.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to read organizational dynamics, and to translate ambiguous mandates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years leading change/transformation initiatives.
• Experience with large-scale business, operational, technology, or AI-enabled implementations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing change, communication, training, or adoption plans and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management for strategic business, operational, technology, and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Assess impacts, readiness, stakeholder needs, risks, and adoption barriers.
• Develop and execute change strategies, communication plans, training approaches, and adoption frameworks.
• Partner with PMO, leaders, sponsors, and Learning & Development.
• Facilitate workshops and leadership discussions to address concerns and plan transitions.
• Coach leaders on effective change leadership and engagement.
• Monitor adoption and readiness metrics; recommend interventions.
• Prepare updates and executive summaries for governance bodies.
• Support post-implementation sustainment and continuous improvement.
