Capgemini Invent in Chicago seeks a senior consultant to lead organizational change strategy for AI-enabled transformations. You will guide adoption plans, stakeholder engagement, and leadership workshops to drive measurable outcomes across strategy, technology, and people.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business and technology teams, delivering executive-ready narratives and governance artifacts, and coaching junior colleagues throughout complex programs.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of transformation/OCM experience with client-facing leadership.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience shaping communications, training, and readiness at scale.
• Ability to tie change activities to adoption outcomes and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change strategy and execution for transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled adoption approaches.
• Conduct change impact assessments and translate insights into adoption plans, KPIs, and actions.
• Design and facilitate workshops for executives and teams to drive alignment and readiness.
• Develop executive narratives, communications, and recommendations for roadmaps.
• Shape high-quality change deliverables (stakeholder maps, governance, RACI) and coach junior team members.
