Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking an Organizational Change Management & AI Adoption Consultant to guide AI-enabled transformations across industries. You will craft communications, training, and engagement materials while partnering with teams to drive adoption.

You will empower leaders and employees through change readiness activities, workshops, and actionable insights, helping clients realize business impact from AI and digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience supporting technology implementations, enterprise transformations, or digital workplace initiatives.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and AI literacy concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational change management and adoption activities for AI-enabled technologies and automation initiatives.
• Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies to build adoption and enthusiasm.
• Create employee-facing content including communications, training materials, user guides, and learning resources.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify adoption challenges and implement solutions.
• Promote practical AI use cases and responsible AI practices to build confidence in AI tools.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Collect feedback and adoption metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Contribute to dashboards, deliverables, and executive-ready reporting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to embed people-focused strategies into transformation efforts.
