Job summary

BBG Ventures, LLC is assisting a large U.S. insurer headquartered in Chicago with a contract role for a Change Management & AI Adoption Consultant.

The position focuses on stakeholder management, communications, and guiding AI literacy adoption across Underwriting and Operations teams in a 100% hybrid setup with one in-office day in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will bring deep change-management expertise, strong writing skills, and experience with M365 Copilot or similar AI platforms to lead

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in change management and communication theories, principles, and best practices.
• Experience successfully designing and leading change management activities.
• Expert business acumen with ability to develop and implement strategies for Underwriting and Operations.
• Excellent writing and editing skills and ability to translate complex information clearly.
• Solid project management, organization and planning skills for multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external partners.
• Highly collaborative and able to navigate organizational dynamics.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment within scope of authority.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience using M365 Copilot or other Generative AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner across the enterprise to design and deliver cross-functional change management solutions to drive AI literacy usage and adoption.
• Lead large-scale change initiatives impacting multiple Operations and Underwriting teams.
• Assess stakeholders, impact, change drivers and barriers to determine risk and mitigation plans.
• Draft business communications on behalf of Senior Leaders for internal audiences and executives.
• Draft, edit and distribute brand-compliant announcements across functions.
• Collaborate with underwriting leaders, HR Partners and Corporate Communications to enable adoption and performance.
• Measure change impact via stakeholder feedback and surveys; analyze data and identify improvements.
