Job summary

The University of Central Florida IT division seeks an innovative AI Adoption & Change Management Specialist to lead change efforts for AI and automation across the university. You will develop training, communications, and engagement plans to boost AI literacy and drive adoption while aligning with governance, privacy, and security standards.

Reporting to IT leadership, you will conduct stakeholder analyses, create AI literacy resources, facilitate workshops, and measure adoption performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in organizational change management or training.
• Ability to translate AI concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for AI initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and readiness evaluations.
• Create AI literacy resources and training materials.
• Deliver communication plans, FAQs and leadership toolkits.
• Plan workshops, webinars, and community engagement events.
• Measure adoption using utilization, training and knowledge metrics.
