Job summary

ASU Enterprise Partners is seeking a Specialist, AI Enablement to advance AI adoption with responsible, practical guidance. You will connect business stakeholders with AI capabilities, steward tool evaluation, and deliver targeted enablement programs across ASUEP.

You will design training, support governance collaboration, and drive adoption while maintaining high standards of ethics and policy alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, data, technology, or related field.
2+ years in technology enablement, service operations, analytics support, or related role.
Experience enabling or operating AI, automation, or AI tools in a stakeholder-facing setting.
Experience with generative AI tools (copilots, chat-based AI, AI agents).

Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison for AI-related questions and requests from ASU Enterprise Partners (ASUEP) stakeholders.
Maintain a standard menu of approved AI tools and a lightweight request process in partnership with governance and IT.
Design and deliver organization-wide AI training sessions and enablement materials.
Provide Level 1–2 support for AI-related requests and improve self-service workflows.
Partner with Data Governance and Information Security to develop, implement, and reinforce AI use policies and standards.
Develop regular communications to highlight AI initiatives, success stories, and usage patterns across ASUEP.
Coordinate with ASU’s AI Acceleration Lab and monitor external AI landscape for new tools.
