WPP Media is seeking an Associate Director, AI Communications & Adoption to drive internal AI agent communications and adoption across Google’s global account. You will manage newsletters, curate content, and maintain the Google Workspace experience while translating complex AI concepts into clear messages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in communications or related field.
• 3–6 years of internal communications, employee engagement, or digital adoption experience.
• Experience communicating complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own internal communications for AI agents and related capabilities across Google’s global account.
• Manage the agency’s AI/agent newsletter and content planning.
• Shape content for the monthly client newsletter highlighting tools and use cases.
• Maintain Google Workspace content, user access, and homepage updates.
• Translate new agents and their value into accessible communications.
• Track adoption and usage trends and recommend actions.
• Host agency-wide AI/agent sessions to promote participation.
• Design enablement activities: training, guides, interviews, surveys.
• Foster trusted relationships and feedback between users and Integrated AI Solutions.
• Curate AI thought leadership to explain emerging developments.
