Job summary

Morgan Stanley at Work seeks an experienced training and change management professional to lead AI literacy and adoption initiatives. You will develop materials, deliver blended learning programs, and present at large events across the organization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, and success metrics, promote responsible AI usage, and drive adoption through clear communications and impactful training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident, articulate presentation skills for large audiences.
• Proven ability to support/deliver blended learning across formats.
• Experience creating training materials, collateral, guides or FAQs.
• Strong project management, organizational and time management skills.
• Financial services industry experience.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, learning transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver AI literacy training materials.
• Support blended learning programs and events (live trainings, labs, sessions, content, quick guides).
• Present at large-scale events and facilitate learning sessions for diverse audiences.
• Tailor training approaches to audience needs and business priorities.
• Identify AI training needs across functions and stakeholder groups.
• Lead communications on trainings and adoption efforts.
• Create compelling materials to drive awareness and engagement.
• Support change management activities to drive readiness and adoption.
• Reinforce responsible AI usage aligned with policies and guidelines.
• Plan detailed project timelines and executive summaries for leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, topics, delivery and success measures.
• Lead projects from planning through execution, with issue escalation/resolution.
• Analyze and report training metrics, adoption trends and learner experience.
