SOCi, a leader in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location brands, seeks an Agentic Workforce Adoption Manager to drive adoption of Genius AI capabilities across customers. You will partner with CSMs, Product, Sales, and Delivery to embed AI into daily workflows and accelerate value realization.
In this remote role, you will run discovery sessions, workshops, and value reviews while turning complex AI features into clear outcomes such as ROI and efficiency gains.
Competenze
- 4–6+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, or relevant SaaS roles.
- Direct experience with B2B SaaS post-sale environments.
- Proven ability to influence user behavior and drive product adoption.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with customer enablement skills.
Mansioni
- Lead AI adoption initiatives across assigned accounts to shorten time-to-value.
- Plan and deliver discovery sessions, adoption workshops, and value reviews.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and CS to prioritize adoption opportunities.
- Develop repeatable adoption playbooks and enablement materials.
- Translate capabilities into measurable business outcomes (ROI, efficiency).
