Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of SOCi's AI-powered capabilities to ensure customers realize high-value outcomes.
• Help customers hire, onboard, and operationalize AI agents into their business processes.
• Lead customer engagements including workshops, webinars, and value reviews.
• Partner cross-functionally with CSMs, Product, and Sales to eliminate friction.
