Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect in North America to lead the design of AI-powered digital customer experiences. You will set architectural direction for complex enterprise programs, collaborate with customers, and guide delivery teams through high-stakes projects.

You will translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions, ensure governance and security, mentor consultants, and contribute to reusable assets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud or similar CCaaS/CPaaS platforms.
• Design and implement digital customer experiences across channels.
• Experience delivering AI-powered solutions like digital agents or copilots.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration: REST, JSON, authentication, SDKs.
• Cloud architecture knowledge across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Proven ability to lead architecture sessions and present to stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI-powered digital solution architectures for customer programs.
• Design solutions across Genesys Cloud digital channels and integrations.
• Guide consultants and implementation teams through complex challenges.
• Lead architecture workshops and technical design discussions with customers.
• Provide governance to align delivery with architecture and scope.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to presales activities.
