Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of AI regulation and governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF).
• Experience owning enterprise policy and risk frameworks related to AI/tech.
• Understanding AI risks, controls, and monitoring practices.
• Experience establishing monitoring capabilities with technical support.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business controls.
• Experience providing oversight in a regulated environment with stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industry.
• Experience chairing governance forums or leading cross-functional decisions.

Responsabilités

• Monitor regulatory and legislative AI developments and interpret implications across the business.
• Own interpretation of standards and translate requirements into policies and guardrails.
• Lead AI policy, risk appetite, and governance framework alignment.
• Establish ethical AI and responsible conduct standards and governance requirements.
• Provide oversight of AI risk management and integration with broader policies.
• Chair the governance approvals body and drive decision-making.
• Oversee AI use, including drift, hallucinations, access breaches, and misuse.
