Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business and ensure customer success across Northern California. You will execute sales strategies, meet growth targets, and represent Halter on the ground with ranchers, performing on-site demonstrations and pipeline development.

This role requires frequent travel within the territory, collaboration with onboarding and support teams, and participation in industry events to expand Halter's agricultural technology footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales or territory management.
• Experience in agriculture or technology sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and build a local pipeline in Northern CA.
• Meet ranch-based customers, provide on-site demos and value messaging.
• Manage existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
• Hit quarterly sales targets and manage sales pipeline.
• Own the territory and engage with local/state/federal stakeholders.
• Oversee onboarding from sales to deployment for a smooth handoff.
• Attend industry events to generate leads and build relationships.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues for customers.
