Job summary

Halter, the leading provider of virtual fencing technology, seeks a Territory Manager to drive new business growth across the US farming community. You will build relationships, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Onboarding to ensure customer success.

Based in the Sandhills region and willing to travel frequently, you will engage with ranchers, attend industry events, and own the end-to-end customer journey from prospecting to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in ranching or cattle operations is highly desirable.
• Strong sales and customer success background, especially in SaaS or tech-enabled services.
• Proven ability to manage a large territory and build long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business within assigned US territory.
• Conduct in-field sales and nurture customer relationships to drive value.
• Collaborate with Product, Support and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth deployment.
