Job summary

AGRILAND FS, Inc. is seeking a motivated agronomy sales professional in Iowa to help farmers improve their operations from seed to harvest.

You will combine work ethic and a willingness to learn with our training to make an impact on a producer's acre through seed, fertilizer, crop protection and precision farming. Your duties include contacting targeted customers, resolving agronomic problems, and using tools like Precision Farming and Crop Scouting to strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

• Two or four year degree or equivalent experience in sales or agriculture.
• Strong agricultural aptitude and ability to learn on the job.
• Examples of influencing others in leadership or sales roles.
• Business skills: collaboration, communication, customer focus, and decision-making.
• Willingness to work hours beyond normal to meet customer needs.
