AGRILAND FS is seeking a proven self-starter with agricultural aptitude to drive crop input sales across customers’ acres. You will focus on precision farming, seeds, plant food, and protection products while building strong, lasting relationships and delivering solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in agriculture, internship or on-farm experience
• Strong basic understanding of agronomy
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Problem-solving and solutions-based attitude

Responsibilities

• Recommend products and services related to precision farming, seed, plant food, and plant protection
• Build fast, strong business relationships with customers across their acre
• Support professional custom application services and Ag Credit products
• Contribute to sales growth and customer satisfaction
