You will engage targeted customers, market seed, fertilizer, and crop protection solutions, and work to improve each customer's overall profitability. Qualifications

• Minimum of a two or four year degree or equivalent experience in sales or an agriculture related industry.
• Strong agricultural aptitude with experience learning on the job to become an expert.
• Examples of influencing others in leadership or sales relationships.
• Strong business skills including collaboration, communication, customer focus, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contact targeted customers and prospects to market agronomy products and services.
• Resolve agronomic problems for customers.
• Utilize sales tools such as Precision Farming, Crop Scouting, Finance, and other business solutions to enhance customer relationships.
