Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree or equivalent experience in sales or agriculture-related industry.
• Strong agricultural aptitude with on-the-job learning to become an expert.
• Experience influencing others in leadership or sales relationships.
• Strong business skills: collaboration, communication, customer focus, and decision-making.
• Willingness to work hours beyond normal to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Contact targeted customers and prospects to market agronomy products and services that enhances the producer's business.
• Resolve agronomic problems.
• Utilize all sales tools such as Precision Farming, Crop Scouting, Finance, and other business solutions to enhance customer relationship.
