Evergreen FS is seeking motivated individuals to join our agronomy team in Illinois. The role focuses on learning both sales and operational aspects to grow the agronomy business across multiple counties.

Training covers programs, seed products, and precision farming tools to increase market share. The position requires at least an associate degree in agriculture/marketing or business, plus 1–2 years of related experience.

Competenze

• Associates degree or equivalent plus 1–2 years of business-related work experience or training to demonstrate ability to generate sales in a territory.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Willing to obtain CDL license within the first year of employment.
• Requires ability to obtain the Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) and Commercial Applicator certifications.
• Occasionally exposed to extreme weather conditions and lift 51–75 lbs.
• Daily travel within the trade area with occasional overnight stays.

• Learn and support all aspects of the agronomy department, including sales and operations.
• Develop territory and competitive analysis to understand the marketplace.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the supervisor.
• Learn to create agronomy programs for targeted accounts to grow business.
• Assist with scheduling product deliveries and agronomy-related services.
• Attend meetings and trainings as requested by the company.
