Job summary

Evergreen FS is seeking motivated individuals to join our agronomy team. You will train across sales and operations, develop knowledge of the marketplace, and work toward meeting goals set by your supervisor.

You will learn to craft agronomy programs for targeted accounts while leveraging seed, precision farming technology, and finance tools to grow our market share. This entry-level role requires potential CDL within the first year and certifications like CCA and Commercial Applicator.

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree or equivalent with 1–2 years of related sales/business experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Willing to obtain CDL license within the first year of employment.
• Requires ability to obtain CCA and Commercial Applicator certifications.

Responsibilities

• Train and learn all aspects of the agronomy department (sales and operations).
• Develop territory and competitive analysis to understand market and competition.
• Meet goals as set by supervisor.
• Learn to create and recommend agronomy programs for targeted accounts to grow business.
• Utilize seed, precision farming technology, finance, and other tools to grow market share.
• Assist with agronomy projects and field trials with Crop Specialist.
