Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; agronomy training a plus.
• Experience in agricultural application or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of crop protection products and equipment operation preferred.
• Familiarity with GPS/precision ag tech a plus.
• Strong organization and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Mixes and applies crop inputs to fields per label rates and records data.
• Operate and maintain application equipment safely.
• Calibrate equipment to ensure accurate application rates.
• Record crop applications and inventory with invoices/delivery tickets.
• Deliver products to customers and generate sales leads.
• Assist with field conditions assessment and scheduling.
