Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; agronomy training a plus.
• Experience in agricultural application or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of crop protection inputs, agronomy practices, and equipment operation.
• Familiarity with GPS and precision agriculture technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mixes products and applies crop inputs to fields using recommended rates and labels; records data.
• Maintain, repair, and operate field equipment including sprayers and spreaders.
• Calibrate equipment to ensure accurate application rates and adjust for conditions.
• Deliver products to customers and report sales leads to supervisors.
• Keep detailed records of crop applications and ensure regulatory compliance.
