The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and compliance with pesticide regulations, while contributing to sales leads and customer service.

Key responsibilities include operating applicators, maintaining equipment, and recording application data. Overtime and bonuses may be available based on performance and company policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in agricultural application or agronomy is a plus.
• Familiarity with GPS and precision agriculture technology is a plus.
• Valid CDL within six months is required by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Mixes products and applies crop inputs to fields per labels and records data.
• Calibrates equipment to ensure accurate application rates.
• Maintains records of crop applications and weather data.
• Delivers products to customers and prepares delivery tickets.
• Supports inventory management and daily crop records.
