Job summary

Under the direction of the Location Manager/Crop Specialist, you will apply products, calibrate equipment, maintain records, and support customers with timely delivery and field data. CDL and licenses may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; agronomy certification is a plus.
• Experience in agricultural application or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of crop protection products and equipment operation.
• Familiarity with GPS and precision agriculture technology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Mixes products and applies crop inputs to fields per labels and records data.
• Maintains and repairs facilities and rolling stock and operates agri-equipment.
• Calibrates equipment to ensure accurate crop application rates.
• Maintains detailed crop-application records and reports leads to managers.
• Delivers products to customers and supports sales leads as needed.
• Manages inventory and submits crop records daily.
• Sets up equipment for storage, blending, transport, and application.
• Assesses field conditions to determine timing and method of applications.
• Follows safety protocols and stays current with best practices.
