Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. in Wingate, IN seeks an Account Relationship Manager to communicate value to farmers and ensure delivery of Keystone's services. You will be the primary resource for current and future technologies via Elite AGx and Connect, based at our Wingate location in Indiana.

You will build deep customer insight, tailor solutions, and develop account plans while collaborating with Sales leadership and operations. Travel is required to support account growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant ag sales experience.
• Basic understanding of crop production and agronomics.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills under strict time frames.
• Able to learn diverse product portfolios and margins.
• Strong analytical skills for profitability calculations.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with Keystone Connect and AGx.

Responsibilities

• Build deep knowledge of customers' goals through regular interactions.
• Use AGx, Connect to interpret information and advise customers.
• Ask questions to align offerings with customer strategy.
• Develop and review a Customer Account Plan with team.
• Present Keystone products during on-farm calls and calls to hit goals.
• Set and achieve sales volumes and margins per account.
• Maintain account records via Keystone Connect and account sheets.
• Communicate progress with Location Manager and Ops daily.
• Collaborate with Grain, Agronomy, Energy, Swine & Animal Nutrition teams.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy and adapt to changes.
