Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking an Account Relationship Manager based in Wingate, IN. You will manage producer accounts, translate farmer needs into Keystone solutions, and drive revenue through on-farm visits, calls, and digital platforms.

You will coordinate with sales leadership to develop strategic account plans, maintain records, and deliver exceptional customer service while traveling as needed in the region.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ag sales experience or related account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in an agricultural field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships and hit defined targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Customer Account Plan for assigned producers with regular reviews.
• Position and sell Keystone products and services during on-farm calls and other channels.
• Maintain account records and communicate progress with leaders daily.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate across Grain, Agronomy, Energy, Swine & Animal Nutrition teams.
