Vylor, Inc. in Southeast Indiana seeks a Pioneer Territory Manager to lead a sales team across Bartholomew, Clark, Dearborn, Decatur, Floyd, Franklin, Harrison, Jackson, Jefferson, Jennings, Ohio, Ripley, Scott, Shelby, Switzerland, and Washington counties.

You will develop a five-year growth plan, recruit and coach agents, and drive customer experience with growers. Travel required; bachelor's in agronomy or related field; 3-5 years of sales leadership; strong negotiation and relationship

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing or related field.
3–5 years of sales experience, managing and coaching individuals.
Strong selling, negotiating, influencing and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

Lead and execute a five-year growth plan and tactics for the territory.
Recruit, select, and retain a high-quality sales team to deliver growth.
Coach on relationship-building, sales tactics, and on-farm calls with Pioneer Agents.
Set and manage sales targets, discounts, and growth plans with agents.
Demonstrate integrity, adaptability, and collaboration to drive results.
