Job summary

Vylor, Inc. seeks a Central Illinois Pioneer Territory Manager to lead a high-performing sales team across Logan and Mason Counties.

You will recruit, coach, and manage on-farm calls, delivering growth through strategic discounts and a five-year plan while maintaining strong agronomic product knowledge. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in agronomy, business, or marketing, 3–5 years’ sales leadership experience, travel readiness, and a clean driving background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, managing and coaching.
• Willingness to travel; able to pass driving record check; visa sponsorship not available; international relocation not offered.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and retain a high-quality sales team to grow market share.
• Coach relationship-building, sales tactics, and negotiations through on-farm calls.
• Set discounts and growth plans for assigned customers and prospects.
• Build and execute a five-year growth plan for the territory.
• Maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Pioneer products.
