Job summary

Vylor, the new standalone company emerging from Corteva's seed and genetics business, is seeking a Southern Illinois Pioneer Territory Manager. You will recruit and lead a high-performing sales team, coach on-farm calls, and drive growth for Pioneer products across Washington, St.

Clair, Monroe, and Randolph counties. Travel to customer sites, develop five-year growth plans, and maintain strong agronomic knowledge to deliver exceptional solutions to growers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing.
• 3–5 years of sales leadership or people-management experience preferred.
• Agronomy knowledge and crop production understanding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team.
• Lead on-farm sales calls and coach Pioneer Agents.
• Set growth plans and discounts with agents for assigned customers.
• Build a five-year territory growth plan and execute tactics.
• Maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Pioneer products.
