Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Pioneer Territory Manager for East Central Michigan to lead a high-performing sales team and drive growth in the region. You will recruit, coach, and manage Pioneer Agents, executing strategic plans to expand market share while maintaining strong grower relationships and agronomic expertise.

The role requires travel within the territory and a strong background in agricultural sales, with a focus on delivering differentiated customer experiences and effective problem solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Agronomy/Business/Marketing).
• 3–5 years of sales experience, ag sales preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work in a rural environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a five-year growth plan for your territory.
• Recruit, select and retain a high-quality sales team.
• Coach relationship-building, sales tactics and negotiations on on-farm calls.
• Model integrity, determination, adaptability, and collaboration.
• Set and manage sales targets, discounts, and growth plans for agents.
• Anticipate market opportunities and threats; adapt accordingly.
• Maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Pioneer products and services.
