Qualifications

• Five years of proven experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer literacy with MS Office and data management systems.
• Ability to write business reports, present to groups, and interpret operating manuals.
• Math skills to compute rates, costs, discounts, and volumes.
• Problem-solving skills in non-standardized environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and complaints.
• Process and place customer orders accurately and timely, including complex POs.
• Maintain daily reports and share confirmations (Order Acknowledgements, ASN, COAs).
• Coordinate with accounting for credit approvals and assist sales with account needs.
• Maintain organized customer files.
