Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Five years in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Tech: Proficiency in MS Office and modern data systems.
• Communication: Write reports, present, and interpret operating manuals.
• Math: Compute rates, ratios, percentages and related figures.
• Problem-solving: Strong reasoning for non-standard issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and complaints.
• Process and place orders, including complex purchase orders.
• Maintain daily reports and forward confirmations (Order Acknowledgements, ASN, COAs).
• Coordinate with accounting for credit approvals and assist sales needs.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer files.
• Actively manage inventory levels for all items.
• Oversee drop trailer program to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Process new product items and NIC documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse to avoid conflicts and foster cross-department harmony.
