Job summary

AgWest Farm Credit in Idaho Falls is seeking a Credit Underwriter I, II, or III (Credit Analyst) to join the Idaho Lending and Insurance department. This full-time role reports to the VP, Credit and provides sound credit and related services, typically supporting a portfolio of simple to moderately complex credit relationships.

Compensation includes tiered base salary ranges by level, relocation assistance for eligible candidates, and an annual incentive target.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or ag-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather financial and business-related information from customers and prospects through interviews and records.
• Analyze financial statements including notes, tax records, and pro forma statements.
• Prepare credit analyses and make recommendations to management for review.
• Support customer relationships by communicating with customers and their representatives.
• Participate in loan closings and ensure documentation is complete and understood.
