AgWest Farm Credit in Tempe, AZ, seeks a Relationship Manager II/III to oversee lending and insurance services within the Arizona portfolio. The role reports to the SVP, Portfolio Manager and supports high-quality credit decisions for agricultural customers.

Responsibilities include visiting customers, analyzing financials, closing loans, and cross-selling products while traveling up to 25% of the time. Eligible candidates bring credit expertise and market knowledge of local agriculture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or ag-related field or equivalent experience.
• Progressively responsible and complex experience in credit and related areas.
• Ability to market, sell, and effectively negotiate terms on behalf of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell products including loans and related services.
• Complete customer visits and document observations, including travel.
• Make quality credit decisions to ensure a high-quality loan portfolio.
• Prepare complex credit analyses and submit recommendations for action.
• Gather financial information and verify income, assets, and liabilities.
• Service assigned accounts and maximize return on troubled assets.
• Assist in credit investigations and participate in loan closings.
• Communicate with teams to meet customer needs and cross-sell products.
• Represent AgWest and participate in industry groups as needed.
