AgWest Farm Credit is seeking an Insurance Specialist I or II to join the Washington Lending and Insurance department in Spokane, WA. This full-time role reports to the Insurance Agent II, AVP and focuses on delivering high-quality insurance products and services to customers.

Compensation includes a base salary range with a 6% annual incentive target. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates who relocate to accept the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Insurance or general office function experience.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Gather customer/applicant information in person, by phone, or in writing to complete applications and reports.
• Key and adjust verified customer information for review by agent.
• Monitor follow-up requirements in assigned areas.
• Comply with regulations and procedures in completion of forms and reports.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and answering calls.
• Maintain data integrity by keeping accurate databases.
• Maintain crop insurance knowledge through training and seminars.
• Work effectively with customers, outside parties, and colleagues.
• Adhere to vendor management protocols and company policies.
