AgWest Farm Credit in Preston, Idaho seeks a Loan Specialist I or II to provide administrative support for loan origination, disbursement and servicing. The role requires handling customer information with confidentiality and aiding in due diligence, closings, and booking within authorized limits.

The position offers a base salary with incentive; relocation support is provided for eligible candidates willing to move to Idaho. Strong attention to detail and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail for accuracy in reports and documentation.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different software programs.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.

Responsabilités

• Perform administrative duties including typing correspondence, establishing electronic files, and greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Enter and maintain customer and financial information to assist in loan document generation and servicing.
• Conduct due diligence investigations of loan applicants and collateral as needed.
• Review loan documents for accuracy and facilitate closings as assigned.
• Disburse loans, coordinate booking and certification, and support money movement.
• Respond to inquiries and process customer transactions including transfers.
• Maintain a confidential customer database and track relationship actions.
• Monitor follow-up requirements and ensure information security protocols.
