Job summary

AgWest Farm Credit in Wenatchee, Washington, is seeking a Relationship Manager I, II or III to join our Washington Lending and Insurance department. This full-time role reports to the SVP of Lending and provides high-quality, profitable credit and related services to customers.

The position offers a clear path across levels, a base salary range described below, and an annual incentive target. Travel up to 25% is required, with relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or ag-related field.
• Progressively responsible and complex experience in credit.
• Ability to market, sell, and effectively negotiate terms.
• Knowledge of agricultural practices and crop/livestock production.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell loans and related financial services.
• Complete customer visits and document observations; travel up to 25%.
• Make quality credit decisions to ensure a high-quality loan portfolio.
• Prepare complex credit analyses and present recommendations for action.
• Gather financial information and verify income, assets and liabilities.
• Support loan closings with proper documentation and processes.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
