Job summary

Wilbur-Ellis, a 100-year-old family-owned leader in agriculture, is seeking an Agriculture Channel Partners Territory Manager. You will support sales efforts across distributors, retailers, dealers, and growers, delivering product positioning and pricing guidance while developing partner relationships.

The role requires strong agronomic and plant nutrition expertise, proven sales experience, and the ability to leverage data insights for forecasting, marketing collaboration, and field-based

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales experience.
• Ability to support development and implementation of internal and external marketing programs.
• Experience managing a sales portfolio and executing a written business plan.
• Experience working with product forecasts and a basic understanding of pricing principles and margin generation.
• Strong plant nutrition background with a solid understanding of the fertilizer business.
• Understanding of research trials and the value of data.
• Strong agronomic background required, with experience selling value-added nutrition products preferred.
• Experience scouting crops and making recommendations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product sales support materials in partnership with marketing teams.
• Generate demand for Wilbur-Ellis branded products across distributors and retailers.
• Grow an established book of business and position branded products for higher margins.
• Conduct sales team, dealer, and grower product meetings.
• Provide pricing guidance to channel partners' customers on branded products.
• Communicate product introductions and updates to the organization within the geography.
• Ensure processes are managed for maximum efficiency.
• Travel up to 50% to support field-based activities.
