Butler Machinery in North Dakota is seeking a results-driven Equipment Sales Professional to expand our agricultural customer base across Clay County. You will promote our products, build lasting relationships, and deliver solutions that help customers grow their operations.

This role offers a base salary with commissions, a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for training and career advancement within a family-owned dealer network across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of agriculture industry and equipment; previous equipment sales preferred.
• Ability to understand and communicate basic financing with customers.
• Excellent self-motivation and personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Introduce new customers to Butler Machinery and promote its products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as primary contact at the dealership.
• Promote and sell new/used Ag equipment and rental solutions.
• Deliver demonstrations and communicate features/benefits to customers.
• Inspect and appraise potential trade-ins.
• Provide world-class customer service and follow up on service/parts inquiries.
• Promote product support offerings including parts and service.
• Maintain accurate customer and equipment data in systems.
