Hydrite Chemical Co. seeks an Agriculture Account Manager to grow our business by developing and managing customer relationships while selling fertilizer and agricultural chemical solutions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in an agriculture-related field, 5+ years of sales or technical experience, and willingness to travel extensively. You will design territory plans, negotiate pricing, and ensure service continuity for key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in agriculture-related field.
• 5+ years of sales or technical experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute strategic territory and account plans with minimal direction.
• Secure new business opportunities with higher revenue and margin impact.
• Build multi-level relationships with customer decision-makers.
• Lead business reviews and create action plans to improve performance.
• Analyze data to validate performance and refine treatments.
• Negotiate pricing and defend margins through value-based selling.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and documentation.
