Job summary

C & B Operations in Pipestone, MN is seeking a Sales Representative to manage customer relationships, prospect new business, and demonstrate equipment. You will maintain sales data, coordinate field demos, and stay informed on industry trends to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience
• Ability to prospect, cultivate and close new business
• Strong communication and sales presentation skills
• Willingness to travel across the territory
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Experience with agricultural/outdoor power equipment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships and expand customer pipelines
• Implement strategies to increase sales and profit by prospecting within the defined territory
• Create customer-specific proposals based on needs analysis
• Conduct market research for competitive comparisons
• Develop and maintain industry trend knowledge
• Maintain sales data for all customers in the territory
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Conduct field demonstrations of new equipment
• Monitor customer activities and communicate with management
• Know financing options to assist customers in purchases
• Attend sales training events/seminars
