C & B Operations in Tracy, MN is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth across our agricultural/ outdoor equipment client base. You will manage customer relationships, present demonstrations, and tailor proposals to meet needs while navigating financing options.

Base salary plus commission with opportunities for internal promotion and extensive training programs. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience.
• Experience winning new business in competitive environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within territory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships and expand customer pipelines.
• Prospect within the defined territory to increase sales and profit.
• Create customer-specific proposals based on needs analysis.
• Conduct market research for competitive comparisons.
